Conference Room

A modern air-conditioned venue located on the North Shore. Ample Parking. Minutes to North Shores magnificent beaches, 10 minutes north of the Auckland Harbour Bridge and minutes from the new northern motorway. We offer friendly and expert service to help make your function run smoothly. Please feel free to contact us to help arrange your conference.

Conference Equipment:

Mints, filtered iced water, whiteboard & markers, TV monitors, video and lectern complimentary, phone and fax available and usual charges will apply. Available for hire is such equipment as electronic whiteboards, flip charts, easels, slide projectors, overhead projector, microphone and speakers etc.

Catering:

Conference and function catering is available for any meal from breakfast, morning and afternoon teas, luncheons, cocktail parties to evening meals. We would be pleased to provide suggested menus with a variety of choices and prices or meals can be tailored to suite each groups requirements.

Capacity & Other Services:

Floor area is 78 sqm plus a breakout room of 25 sqm, total floor area 103 sqm. Ample parking available, corporate accommodation rates available in conjunction with a conference booking. Seating: 34 boardroom style, 40 classroom, 28 U shaped or 60 theatre style.

Half day rate (maximum 4 hours):
